With the new year just around the corner, that means a new round of conventions. Right off the bat, we got AVN Expo in Las Vegas and quickly with XBIZ’s X3 Expo in Los Angeles. But this also means the return of the oh so common, “Convention Flu.” But aside from health, there are times when you will talking to people, let it be just basic networking to on camera interviews. Following list can help you many situations.
Hand Sanitizer
You’ll be touching a lot of things when you are walking around from people to handrails. Keeping one these in the pocket or at least on you will absolutely save you in the long run.

This is more of a preventive measure. I usually start drinking a pack of these a week or two before a convention as well during my time these events.

Advil Tabs
There’s only so much you can do and sometimes you still catch the Convention Flu while you’re at the convention. So having a few packs of Advil or of the like can really save you.

Trail Mix
Sometimes you can’t get away to get a snack because you busy with interviews, fans, networking, etc. Having a small bag of trail mix can really come in handy for the active convention goer.

Toiletry Bag
Lastly you need a small bag to hold all this. I would suggest a small toiletry bag that you can tote around with you. You can definitely get one from the dollar store but get one that is clear to help speed you up through security checks.
