Oh, it's amazing. I've met a lot of different people, and we're out here just partying, having a good time. And tomorrow night is actually the AVN Awards. So. And then this is day three. Tomorrow's day four. So I'll be signing again tomorrow from noon to four. And then I'll have the award show tomorrow night. And then tonight is the White Party. We're here at Resorts World and it's been fun.

How exhausted are you right now?

I'm having a good time.

Oh you’re not exhauseted at all?
Nicolette
No, no. Definatly not. I’ve been sleeping. I have to get my beauty rest. I have to.
Jay
One thing I'm going around asking, because since the the pandemic. People wound up dropping into Fansly, OnlyFans and stuff like that. What's one thing you would let them know before they jump into that type of content creation?
Nicolette
Just make sure that you get releases for everyone that you're shooting with and make sure that you know everyone understands before you shoot exactly what you're shooting. And also, you know, make sure that you're putting away some of your money in a savings account or maybe buy crypto or whatever you want to do with your money, but invest it somehow and save, you know, and you can even invest in real estate. I think that this year, real estate will take a little bit of a dip in about like six months from now. So that might be a good time to buy, but we'll see where it goes because nothing is really guaranteed. But, you know, they're just forecasting these things.

That's just great advice because not a lot of people invest after they get the money.
Nicolette
Well, right now we're kind of at the height of the market, so we should see a little bit of adjustment. But frankly, I mean, it's February or it's almost February. We've already seen quite an adjustment, but we could see more. So, you know, brace yourselves.
